Carbon monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and non-irritant gas that lighter than air. intoxication the leading factor of deaths due to toxications. Besides, it an important health problem its morbidities related delayed neurological and/or psychiatric syndromes occur after acute recovery period. Besides behavioral problems, mood personality changes, parkinsonism, motor deficits, dementia syndrome are most common clinical pictures. Compared with hyperbaric oxygen, which has been proven effective in period CO intoxication, there no treatment definitely efficacy for neuropsychiatric picture. In this paper, case followed presented light literature.
